There are many other Social Media platforms out there along with affiliate sites and micro blogs.
We can discuss your business services and goals and explore the possibilities in order to reach and engage your target market.
Instagram: Snap a picture, choose a filter to transform its look and feel, then post to Instagram. Share to Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr too – it’s as easy as pie. It’s photo sharing, reinvented. FREE: http://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/instagram/id389801252?mt=8
Viddy: Similar to Instagram but with 15-second videos, video-sharing iPhone app Viddy is gaining steam. http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57424369-285/how-to-get-started-with-viddy/
Quora boasts a slightly smaller user base than Twitter and Facebook with 1.1 million monthly users. But even though the network is smaller doesn’t mean you should balk at its marketing potential. If you’ve ever participated in Quora’s Q&A, you’ll know that the quality of questions asked and answers provided is extremely high. While Quora might not be the right network for your business as a major traffic driver considering the lower usage volume, it could be a great place to build your company’s authority and thought leadership, generating much higher quality leads (albeit at a lower volume) in the long run.
Vimeo: Another option for video: Vimeo’s focus is geared more toward artistry, filmmaking and music. The community is smaller than YouTube’s but it’s much more engaged, which if targeted properly may reach a niche group and generate more comments and communication than on YouTube.
